NOTICE INVITING TENDER

MARKFED, invites online bids through GEM Portal under two-bid system for construction of Covered Godowns under ’10 Year PEG Scheme for FCI storage requirements to be managed and supervised by MARKFED, for a guaranteed lease for Ten years (10), on Build, Own & Operate/Lease only basis in Punjab State for 1.20 LMT capacities for storage of food grains at 6locations across the State of Punjab.

The bid/tender document (MTF) & other details will be available on the GeM Portal, i.e., https://gem.gov.in. MTF will also be available w.e.f 29.7.2026 on the Department’s website, i.e., http://markfedpunjab.com. Bids must be uploaded up to 12.00 Noon on 19.8.2026 in the manner prescribed in the MTF.  Pre-bid meeting fixed on 04.8.2026 @ 11.00 AM at Markfed, Head Office, Chandigarh (Committee Room, Ground Floor).

MARKFED reserves the right to scrap the tender at any stage without assigning any reason, and MARKFED shall not be liable for any costs and consequences incurred by the intending bidders / thereof.
