RFP for the selection of Industrial and Floor cum Techno-economic Consultant for setting up of 110 TPD Physical Refinery (based on Crude Palm Oil) and 100 TPD Vanaspati Plant at Markfed Vanaspati and Allied Industries, Khanna, District Ludhiana.

            Sealed item rates tender are hereby invited from registered Coop. L&C Societies, Punjab and enlisted contractor having valid enlistment with PWD (B&R)/CPWD/MES/Railways Deptt, PAN No., GST NO., Nakal Matta and EPF No. for all works. The tender forms can be purchased upto 16.09.2025 upto 10:00 A.M. from Markfed H.O Plot No. 4 Sector 35B Chandigarh. The tenders shall be received on 16.09.25 upto 11.00 A.M. and opened ‘on 12.30 P.M. on the same date in the office of XEN(HQ). in the presence of societies/agency or their representatives who may like to be present. Markfed reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. The rates are inclusive of GST and any other taxes. MARKFED, invites online tenders through GEM Portal under two-bid system for construction of Covered Godowns under ’10 Year PEG Scheme for FCI storage requirements to be managed and supervised by MARKFED, for a guaranteed lease for Ten years (10), on Build, Own & Operate/Lease only basis in Punjab State for 0.70 LMT capacities for storage of food grains at 4 locations across the State of Punjab.

The bid  tender  document  (MTF)  &  other  details  will  be  available  on  the  GeM Portal, i.e. https://gem.gov.in from 12.08.2025. MTF will also be available on Department’s website i.e.  https://markfedpunjab.com   . Bids completed in the manner  prescribed  in  MTF  should  be uploaded upto 12.00 Noon on 11.09.2025. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 20.08.2025 at 11.00 AM in the Committee Room, MARKFED House Plot No.4, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh.
