NOTICE INVITING TENDER

MARKFED, invites online tenders through GEM Portal under two-bid system for Up-gradation of existing capacity lorry weighbridge into 60 MT by way of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fully electronic computerized lorry weighbridge of 60 MT capacity lorry weighbridge on turnkey basis at Markfed Branches (Refer List with Tender Document) [Inclusive of 2 years guarantee period and 3 years Comprehensive AMC]. (Refer List with Tender Document).

The bid tender document (MTF) & other details will be available on the GeM Portal i.e., https://gem.gov.in, from 05.3.2026. MTF will also be available on the Department’s website, i.e., https://markfedpuniab.com. Bids completed in the manner prescribed in MTF should be uploaded up to 12.00 Noon on 24.3.2026. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 17.3.2026 at 12.00 ‘O’ Clock in the Committee Room MARKFED House, Plot No.4, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh.

Markfed reserves the right to scrap the tender at any stage without assigning any reason, and Markfed will not be held liable for any costs and consequences incurred by the intending bidders.
