In reference to Tender ID 2020_Coop_94430_1 for sale of 3392.2 MT of damaged wheat lying at various location of Markfed out of which, an open bid for lot no. 612 (i.e 904 MT), shall be held at Markfed Head Office Chandigarh on 13.02.2023 at 2:30 PM subject to following conditions:
- The rate already quoted for lot No. 612 in the above said tender, shall be the base rate for bidding fresh rates.
- The new bidders shall have to deposit EMD for the said lot as per tender terms on the same day BY 2:30 PM by way of RTGS in bank account no. 7188573545 (Indian Bank), IFSC: IDIB000M728 of the Punjab State Co-Operative Supply & Marketing Federation Limited and should comply with requirements as detailed in Technical Bid at www.markfedpunjab.com.
- Only one chance will be given to all the parties who will be present at auction site i.e (Markfed Head office Chandigarh) to quote final rate for consideration for lot no. 612.
- Markfed reserves the right to accept/ reject the rates if received lower than earlier tendered rates.
- No request will be entertained for another chance after open auction of stocks scheduled on 13.02.2023.
