In reference to tender id 2023_coop_94840_1 dated 06.01.2023 for sale of Summer Moong lying with Markfed at different district locations, an open bid for entire stocks (i.e. 2705.87 MT), shall be held at Markfed Head Office Chandigarh on 30.01.2023 at 12.30 noon subject to following conditions:
- The rates already quoted in the earlier tender, shall be the base rates for bidding fresh rates.
- The new bidders shall have to deposit EMD/Security for locations (if successful / highest bidder) as per tender terms on the same day upto 05:00 PM by way of Cheque/Draft/RTGS.
- Only one chance will be given to all the parties who will be present at auction site i.e. (Markfed Head Office Chandigarh) to quote centre-wise final rate for consideration.
- Markfed reserves the right to accept / reject the rates if received lower than earlier tendered rates.
- No request will be entertained for another chance after open auction of stocks scheduled on 30.01.2023.
